Attendance form

A new form type, called ‘attendance’, is available to let people check themselves in for an online event which they have previously booked for. Then it redirects them to the event’s web page.

Rather than provide people with bookings with the URL of the event location (on Zoom, Teams or whatever), you give people with the URL of the page on your website where the attendance form is embedded. That form acts as an intermediary to the actual URL. Read More…

Email availability for multi-person memberships

Two new features are available to help target email effectively: (a) a miscellaneous search for multi-person (household) current memberships which can select those with email addresses for everyone, for just some of them, or no one, and (b) a conditional substitution {if: missing email} with which you can insert text in your template when any individual is missing an email address. Easier searching for members matching multiple criteria

Occasionally, you need to locate people by multiple criteria. For example, they both live in some area and they joined before some date. The refine search controls provide this, but they’re a bit long-winded for this case. So now, there’s a short-cut: the different kinds of searches in the Search More menu have tick-boxes to do this particular narrowing down of results directly, by searching only within the results already found rather than the whole database.
