Each existing booking in the Reservations, booking and attendance section now has a re-assign link. With this, you can re-assign or re-attribute the booking to someone other than the original, possibly incorrect, customer.
Background
People making bookings often misspell their email address. This would make a new contact as the booking customer, rather than linking the booking to their original membership record. Occasionally more than one record may use the same email address (in the database for different purposes) and the booking form assigns it to the wrong one.
In many cases, this won’t matter. But when it does, re-assign lets you correct that (Fig 1).
Bookings are attributed to individuals. If the new membership has more than one, Cameo will ask you which individual to attribute to. Otherwise, it will just go ahead and make the change.
