It is now possible to exclude members with one or more specific membership types from being sent renewal reminders. Instead, a reminder is posted to library messages (and emailed to its designated Cameo users) for manual attention.
This is intended to cover cases like:
- an honorary membership, which they would not be responsible for renewing themselves
- a valued membership where individual personal communication is better
To do this, just tick the new box in the membership type definition in Organisation Settings.
